  • Press the Power and Volume down button together until and unless you see the LG logo on the screen.
  • Now slowly release the power button for 1 second and immediately press it once again. But you should not leave the Volume down button and during all this duration.
  • While following this step, as and when you see a factory data reset window then release both the buttons.

  • Now with the help of Volume down button scroll down and select “Yes” and tap on it by simply pressing the power button.
